Formosa Papayas have a delicious flavour, a pleasant aroma, and a longer shelf-life. They are also one of the largest varieties of papaya, and can weigh up to 3kgs. The firm skin is yellow/green, but the flesh is orange. Just like other papayas it contains small black seeds and a sweet, soft flesh.
